Project Description This project was a renovation of the three story, 58,000 square-foot School of Medicine building. The project received LEED Gold Certification due to nighttime cooling flush, efficient ventilation and other energy-saving measures.  The project included the installation of (6) new air handlers, piping on the roof feeding down to each floor, duct work, and air distribution to feed laboratories.
